BOOKING INFO
Person booking The Peaceful Vacation vacation house must be at least 18 years or older.
Room rates are per night (unless otherwise stated) and include VAT.
After making the booking, The Peaceful Vacation will send you an invoice for the deposit which is 50% of the total amount. The remaining balance (50%) is due 3 days prior check-in if you are paying via credit card/bank transfer or in cash once you arrive to the property. Please note the keys will not be handed over until the total amount is paid in full.
The booking becomes valid once the deposit is made and rental lease is signed.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
Check in is as early as 15.00 and check out is as late as 11.00.
Loud music may be played indoors only with the doors and windows closed.
HOUSE RULES
The person who made the reservation is responsible for the whole group (i.e. makes sure that all guests know and follow the internal rules).
Please leave the vehicles in the designated parking area.
Smoking in the house is not allowed! The fee for breaking the rule is minimum 200 €. Smoking is allowed only outside at least 5 meters away from any building.
Put garbage in the bins and clean after yourself so that you would leave the place as clean and beautiful as upon your arrival!
Save water and electricity: when leaving the room, switch off the electricity and water.
Please do not leave candle light unattended at any time!
Visitors staying in the vacation house may bring along other guests only upon the hosts’ approval.
Pets are not allowed at any time! There is a minimum of € 200 fee for breaking the rule!
Please notify the host immediately of any broken inventory to agree on the compensation.
In the event of a fire, accident, vandalism, violence or any other serious violation of the public order, please call 112 immediately and then notify the host!
